What is available on eServices?
My Equipment - list of your current equipment, ability to update or change equipment information, any equipment currently in for a repair, your equipment repair status, and any equipment on service contracts
My Account - your current statement amount, any outstanding invoices you may have, and your profile information
Purchase History – a list of all your parts purchases by part number, and a list of all your invoices for parts or service
Go Shopping - place parts orders, check parts availability at all our stores, and reserve parts for pick up the next morning, shipment to you the next day, or order unavailable parts for shipping. Look for new and used equipment at all our locations
Quotes – request, review, and accept parts or service quotes

Help - an online Help screen to assist you with navigating our site
Messages/Specials - news of specials or programs
Contacts - ability to contact us for special requests or information via email
How do I get there?
Jordan e-Services can be accessed through http://www.jordanimplement.com and click the e-Services Icon on the left hand side. This can be used to log-in and to sign-up for Jordan's e-Services.
What if I don't have an eServices account?
Just click on the "Not a member" link and fill out the form for enrollment. We'll send you an email with your account information with 24 hours of reception. If you do not recieve an email within 48 hours feel free to contact our customer support team.
When can I access eServices?
eServices is accessible 23 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. The system is pulled off-line nightly for 1 hour for routine maintenance at 11:00pm PST. If you experience an issue outside of the standard nightly maintenace please contact us so that we may address this issue in a prompt manner.
Can anyone see my information?
Jordan / Central Implement Company goes through great lengths to make sure that your information stays with you and only you. We are constantly looking into better ways to secure any and all data that is transmitted accross the internet and as the security needs of our customers change so do our strick requirements in handling any and all customer data stored on our servers. If you feel your security has been comprimised please contact us so that we may make the proper corrections to keeping your data safe.
What if I forget my password?
Just click on "Forgot your password?" We’ll be notified and send you an email with your password information. If you would like your email reset please contact us so that we accommidate your request.
What is the fee for using e-Services?
e-Services is offered to you FREE of charge, meaning there is nothing charged to your account for any of the services available to you. There is no enrollment fee, no setup fee, no usage fee, no limitations to the amount of times you access e-Services simply put there is no fee this service, it is absolutly FREE to use.
Why does the system disconnect my session?
e-Services will disconnect your session if it see's that it has been idle longer than 20 minutes. This is done so that we keep your information secure and away from prying eyes. If you are disconnected from your session simply re-login and you will be able to continue using e-Services. If you experience any problems trying to connect or are constantly getting disconnected from your session while in use, than please contact us so that we may be able to address this issue in a prompt and timely manner.
When will eServices be available?
This service is available to you now. If you do not have an account setup and would like to start please click here to launch e-services. Fill out the enrollment form and we will contact you within 24 hours of reception with the appropriate log-in information.
