2023 GVM Calcote Fill Systems CFS-1500

GVM’s Calcote Fill Systems (CFS) are designed to transfer chlorides and other liquid pre-wet solutions between storage tanks and truck mounted tanks. The systems dispense pre-wet solutions used to pre-wet de-icing materials, into truck mounted tanks, as well as unload the unused liquids from truck mounted tanks and return them to a storage tank. All stations are user friendly and built with a sturdy construction to help endure the harsh environment of winter road de-icing operations. To accommodate needs from small operators to large state highway and transportation departments, Calcote Fill Systems are available in two models: CFS-1000 and CFS-1500, with pump systems that output 110 or 195 gallons per minute.

Electrical Weathertight NEMA 4X fiberglass enclosure with main disconnect, magnetic motor starter, On button with indicator light, Stop button and green Run light. All exterior connections are nonmetallic flexible conduit with liquid-tight connectors. Modular timer with multiple settings.

Pump Type Polypropylene centrifugal pump with 2 in. intake and 2 in. discharge. Close coupled to 5 hp, 220V single phase, TEFC electric motor. 195 gpm max flow rate. Three phase motor available
